BROWARD COUNTY, FL - Broward Mayor Barbara Sharief says job creation is high, unemployment is stable and county property taxes are lower than the year before. She made the comments at the 9th Annual Broward Workshop "State of Our County" Address with an estimated one thousand people in attendance.
